Who is your quarterback, and why?
Jordan Love is and has always been our guy. We wanted to develop him from the beginning of the cycle. He is a young QB with a young receiving core around him, this is the year he made a leap passing the ball through the air.
What are your key strategies heading into this week’s game against Chiefs?
Good clock management and not turning the ball over. Jordan Love is one of the guys in the top 10 in INTs. If we can minimize the turnovers and control the clock, we have a chance to win here. This season hasn't been good but we are due for a few good games. We have not played well all season.
How has the team prepared for the unique challenges posed by the Chiefs’s play style?
We know this team is a master of running RPOs. We have to make sure we have guys watching the option play and clogging up the middle with the run. This is going to be a tall task for us on both sides of the ball though. We have to come in prepared and cannot sleep on this team one bit.
