Transcript: Colts Head Coach Press Conference

How valuable is the self-scouting process that you go through during the Bye Week? There's the physical piece, but also that component, as well.

The bye week's self-scout is invaluable. We dissect our strengths and weaknesses, both physical and mental. It allows us to identify areas for improvement and make adjustments to maximize our potential moving forward.

Your team is one of the oldest teams in the league in terms of average age. How do you feel about the future of this team while not having as many young players as other teams? Do you think having an older team has its benefits?

Absolutely. Veteran leadership is a strength. Our experienced core provides stability and sets the tone for the entire team. We're also committed to smart drafting and development to ensure a smooth transition for the future.

Can you speak to the overall team health?

While I can't disclose specific injuries, the team's overall health is on the mend. We're using the offseason to heal some bumps and bruises and get key players back on the field. We'll be ready to go come out of the break.
