WEST
Seahawks – K9
It was really between K9 and DK, I know Bo puts up big numbers and was in the MVP race, but Z can put up those numbers with any QB really (check Geno season 1). I just give the slight edge to K9 because every season he’s had over 1,290 rushing while DK had a down year (I think due to injury or suspension).
Rams – Aaron Donald
I don’t think anyone will argue this. All 3 of Cook’s SBs runs were off the back of this man (yes he did win one when he got hurt early game). This is no diss towards Cook or his offense, Donald is just a one man wrecking crew.
Cardinals – Emari Demarcado
This man had 2,300 total yards and 27 TDs one season… I think that’s enough to put him here. Que hasn’t had a lot of bright spots this cycle, but this gem of a RB has made for a great story this cycle.
Niners – CMC / TBD
We’ve had 50 49er users this cycle and all of them have failed. The little bit of success that San Fran has had this cycle has been due to CMC carrying the load like he does irl. There’s a new Coach in town though and CMC is on the decline, so I think the new San Fran MVP has yet to be found.
SOUTH
Panthers – Braelon Allen
Hard to find a most impactful player on a team that sucks, but I have to give Allen credit. Coming off a solid season where he had 40+ broken tackles, he’s a walking 5 yards every carry. He had 1,500 rushing yards with a long of 33 and only 10 runs were 10+ yards. A real bruiser.
Saints – Chris Olave
I know JC will probably disagree and be like “acutally it was…” SHUT UP B****, your most impactful player is who the Tribal Chief says it is. He is very well rounded in the run and passing game, however Olave has the most receptions (21 more than 2nd place) and is JCs go to guy in a 3rd and long.
Bucs – Jaheim Bell
Sad little Bucs with so much talent and so little to show for it. It’s hard to pinpoint one specific player. I gave the edge to Bell because how much of a unicorn he is with his size and speed. Cammy does a goodjob of making you worry about every other weapon, while the whole time it was always going to Bell.
Falcons – ???
Yeah I’m not sure about this one, is it Pitts? Bijan? Waddle? Micah? Beats me. I guess I’ll give it to Mr. 60 Mil himself Micah Parsons… when you’re making that much money you better have an impact.
NORTH
Vikings – Bucky Irving
Believe it or not… the Vikings most impactful player is not JJettas. Jefferson of course draws a lot of attention and has a HUGE impact, but you can feel a different vibe when Bucky is on the field. He truly takes over the game and Wimmy will feed that mf until he can’t no more.
Lions – Chris Jones
Fallen trading for Chris Jones is the best move I have ever seen in PML… how little he gave up in comparison to what Jones has done for this franchise since his arrival. If Donald didn’t exist this guy would be the best DL in the game. If he isn’t making plays it’s because he’s taking on doubles and triple teams to let Sweat eat too… what a nice guy.
Packers – Jawhar Jordan
The rookie RB made a huge impact last season putting up 1,800 total yards and 16 TDs. This team is hard to judge after he lost so many pieces this offseason.
Bears – MHJ
Watching this man in the playoffs it was streak after streak after streak to MHJ. If you leave him one on one it’s a TD… h*** double him and he just might out run both of them.
EAST
Eagles – Whoever is at RB
HD is a RB wizard (or he just always has a good RB). Henry was a monster while he was with HD, then next season you’d see Swift juke out 3 defenders in one play, and now Saquan is having a breakout season (shame on you burn).
Commanders – Harold Perkins/Sonny Styles
Miles you did a wonderful job drafting these two studs. I played Styles and he was everywhere, and when I tune into Miles stream you can always count on Sonny making a play while Miles is blasting that girly a** music. Perkins is really turning up this season though now that Miles has put him at end.
Giants – Sexy Dexy
This guy is a walking 35 TFL and 10 sacks… double him or pay. I won’t be surprised if Jamo or that little TE he traded for takes over this title though.
Cowboys – CJ 3K
Yo it might have been one game but this mf hit Z from the back in front of EVERYONE! I’ve never seen a dominant performance like that in my PML career. 360 total yards, 4 TDs, and 10 broken tackles… oh yeah he also had the game winner in OT. Bubba’s reign as Cowboys coach has been short, but this is the easy choice so far.
