Allen will be 33 in season 5, but the way he is playing now we should not expect any major regression, and maybe could even expect an MVP award. Allen is at the helm of the only remaining undefeated team and is the engine of their offense. Honorable mentions: Dalton Kincaid, whatever WR gets drafted S1
Miami Dolphins: WR Jaylen Waddle
Tyreek will regress by season 5, and Waddle will take his place as the best WR and player on this team. Honorable mention: Devon Achane. If Curt turns to the run game more than the pass game Achane could take over as the biggest threat on the offense.
New York Jets: CB Sauce Gardner
This was a pretty easy one, Gardner is already the best player on the team and is only 24, meaning he will still be below 30 in season 5. He will be a 99 overall by season 5 and may be the best CB in the league both now and then.
New England Patriots: CB Christian Gonzalez
Well I can almost guarantee it won’t be any player on offense, and Gonzalez is a young elite CB on the back end. Gonzo was a monster for me last year and I expect the same for him again this year.
Cincinnati Bengals: QB Joe Burrow
Will he lost his dev by then? Probably, but he will still be 95+ overall. Age won’t be an issue for overall regression, so as long as Burrow is on the Bengals he should be the top dog for them. Honorable mention: Jamarr Chase
Cleveland Browns: CB Greg Newsome II
This was a tough one, because we have to rely on the regression of players like Myles Garrett and Denzel Ward, but Newsome should pass them up by the time we get to S5. Newsome is 24 and has plenty of time to grow to be the top CB on this team.
Baltimore Ravens: QB Lamar Jackson
Jackson will be 32 in season 5, but should still be the face of the ravens. He will hit 99 overall at some point and should stay there. All of the other stars on this team are aging and it is tough to project someone passing Lamar.
Pittsburgh Steelers: WR George Pickens
Pickens is their leading receiver at 23 and has plenty of time to progress. TJ Watt will be 34 so I think that puts him out of the equation. Minkah at 32 years old will have a chance depending on how much he regresses.
Indianapolis Colts: HB Jonathan Taylor
JT will be 30 which makes this a little sketchy, but I don’t see anyone on the current roster passing him up by then. Arich will be solid but not to JT’s level. Honorable mention: Any DB drafted S1
Jacksonville Jaguars: WR Brian Thomas Jr.
Thomas has all the tools to be a dominant WR, and we know that Tbandit is a pass first guy. Tlaw will be solid, but I think that BTJ could be one of the top 5 guys in the league by the time Madden 25 is done. Honorable Mentions: Trevor Lawrence, Travon Walker.
Houston Texans: LE Will Anderson Jr
This was a really tough one between Stroud and Anderson, but I trust ant more to develop the DE than the QB. Both will be top tier players once we get to the end of the year, and honestly Derek Stingley could end up being the top guy as well.
Tennessee Titans: WR or TE drafted year 1
I don’t see Will Levis becoming that guy, and the rest of the roster is super old besides Okonkwo. I think whoever gets drafted here and gets to play in the pass first offense will break out and be the face of the Titans.
Denver Broncos: Patrick Surtain II
This is very similar to the Jets and Sauce Gardner, both are young CBs that are already the best players on their team. PS2 is really the only cornerstone on the team and as long as he is still in Denver by season 5 he will be the best player.
Los Angeles Chargers: QB Justin Herbert
Herbo is really the only answer here, even if he doesn’t stay as the highest overall, the will be the MVP of the team as long as he has set feet lead. This team will go as far as Herbert takes them.
Kansas City Chiefs: QB Patrick Mahomes
Mahomes and Xavier Worthy may both be 99s by the time season 5 comes around, but Mahomes is the best player in the game and will be as long as he is an XF.
Las Vegas Raiders: TE Brock Bowers
Bowers may be the best player on the team already, with how big of a mismatch he is at TE. He is putting up dominant numbers already and could end up being a 99 when it is all said and done. Honorable mention: Maxx Crosby, Whatever QBp
