Can you talk about what it’s like to prepare to go against a player like Jahmyr Gibbs?
He's one of the best young and up-coming backs in the league. He can kill you catching the ball out of the back field, or finding the whole and rushing for a touchdown. We'll have to find our best way to neutralize him. Detroit has a lot of weapons to pick apart your defense, but Gibbs is one of a kind. He requires an extra layer of planning.
What is the status of Chigoziem Okonkwo and when is he set to return?
We've been unfortunate to not have Okonwko with us for most of the season. He missed week one due to a practice injury, we had him for weeks two and three where he was a huge part to our offense but we lost him week four. We found out after our week four game, he suffered a torn labrum but due to quick recovery we're hoping he comes back within the next week or two. We'll take it week by week, but we're hopeful to get him on the field to help us make the playoff push end of the season.
The trade deadline is this week. Should we expect any major moves for the team?
We won't be making any moves for the deadline. Despite the record and people thinking we need 'help'. We're okay, we have a few injuries but we're holding it down. We have a group here that can win games but we'll see what happens going forward. At the moment we won't be making any calls to trade for anyone. However, if a team calls us all we can do is at least listen to offers.
