LOUIS RIDDICK : “Jalen, it’s an exciting time for you! How does it feel to be at the NFL Draft?”
Jalen Milroe: “Honestly, it feels surreal. I’ve been dreaming about this moment since I was a kid. To think that I’m on the verge of joining the NFL is mind-blowing. I’ve worked so hard, and to see it all pay off like this is incredible.”
Louis Riddick: “Can you describe the emotions you’re feeling right now?”
Jalen Milroe: “It’s a mix of everything – excitement, nervousness, gratitude. I know this is just the beginning, but standing here with a chance to hear my name called, I’m just trying to soak it all in and appreciate every moment.”
Louis Riddick: “How did your time at Alabama prepare you for this step?”
Jalen Milroe: “Alabama taught me so much. The competition, the high expectations, the pressure to perform – it really shaped me as a player and as a person. The entire staff pushed me to reach my potential, and that experience is what’s given me the confidence to take this next step.”
Louis Riddick: “What are you most looking forward to in the NFL?”
Jalen Milroe: “I’m looking forward to competing at the highest level. Playing against the best in the world is what every athlete dreams of, and I want to prove that I belong. I’m also excited to learn from veteran players, build new relationships, and hopefully help lead a team to some big wins.”
Louis Riddick: “Is there a particular team you hope drafts you?”
Jalen Milroe: “I’m open to any opportunity, honestly. Every NFL team has its strengths and unique culture. I’m just grateful for any team that believes in me, and I’ll bring my absolute best no matter where I end up.”
Louis Riddick: “Thanks for your time, Jalen, and good luck tonight!”
Jalen Milroe: “Thank you so much! I can’t wait to get started.”
