Seahawks Preseason Offense and Defense

pThe Seahawks offense this preseason has not shown to much during games for obvious reasons teams always come into preseason with high school type of playbook to give much away but after watching couple practice sessions with the hawks I don’t believe this offense will skip much of a beat as they did last year. Coach Bowers was quoted though saying ” You know scoring 40 points a game is fun but there were two times last year when we scored 50 points and still lost. I wouldn’t be mad if we do what we do best run the ball and control clock seemed some games we were scoring so fast our defense could never catch their breath”.p pThe defense on other hand last year was one of worst we had seen in NFL history in playoffs they showed up but for this team be successful once again the defense is gonna have get stops. Seahawks invested in getting more defensive line and linebacker core while adding a lot more young guys to defensive back core. “We just want play football” said Captain Jerome Baker “we want to hit and want to take ball away from opposing offenses we want them to fear us they like use to with legion of boom”. Those are big words for Seahawks defensive captain only time will tellp pbelow you’ll find play of practice with Garrett Wilson shiftiness and breakaway speedp
