How does the loss this week prepare you for the next game?
The loss from last week was alot closer than the scoreboard reflects. We were down 28-17 at the 1 yard line with 4 mins left. We couldnt run it in three times so we passed on 4th down which ended up being a pick 6. The next drive was another pick 6 and that was the game. We have to run the ball better going forward.
Can you talk about the development of Colston Loveland so far?
Loveland has been outstanding pick this season. He is leading the offense in receptions, yards, and touchdowns. This wasnt the pick I orginally wanted but it has turned out to be a great one. He is our tight end for the cycle.
Can you talk about what it’s like to prepare to go against a player like Dylan Sampson?
He is one of the fastest backs in the league. You have to ensure he doesn't get into the second level or he will be gone. We will be playing for the middle run while spreading linebackers to try to stop the outside run.
