What does it mean to you or the team to have such a great winning record at home this season?
It means a lot to the coaches and the players to perform well in front of our home fans. Winning regardless of the stadium is important if we want to make a serious run this postseason.
What are your thoughts about the Vikings going into this week?
They're the defending superbowl champs. We arent going to take them lightly. If we do what we're supposed to do we can beat anybody, that doesnt change based on the opponent.
Can you summarize what it was like playing against the Bengals last week?
It was a dominant performance. We played well on all sides of the ball. We need to be better on the ground. We expected the run game to form against a mid tier front 7 but it didnt turn out that way. We hope it changes next week.
Can you talk about the development of Luther Burden III so far?
He has been a great player for us. He compliments George really well and gives us a dynamic playmaker on the outside. We loved him out of Mizzou and he has officially had his first 1,000 receiving yard season. We hope he can continue to get better and become a leader on this team.
