Your team is one of the oldest teams in the league in terms of average age. How do you feel about the future of this team while not having as many young players as other teams? Do you think having an older team has its benefits?
I believe we're one of the wiser teams in the league. I believe the veterans we have on this team provide a very valuable asset in terms of their mentoring and coaching up of the younger players.
Can you speak to the overall team health?
We're a healthy team. Thanks to our training staff and the hard work of our players we do a good job avoiding injuries.
Who is your quarterback, and why?
We're heading into next season with every intention of Trey Lance being our starting quarterback. He showed us some things we needed to see last season. This year we will refocus our offense on playing to his strengths and limiting his exposure to his weaknesses.
