Did you scout Jahlil Florence before the draft? If so, what stood out about him?
Didn't have him on my board but after watching some tape on him in the preseason he impressed me a lot and was a good pick up for the Jaguars. Unfortunately this draft we didn't have as many picks as we wanted too so we weren't able to expand our board a whole much which resulted to players like Jahlil slipping under our radar.
Some would say your roster is one of the better teams in the league. Would you agree with that? Do you see any weaknesses in your team as you self-scout?
I could definitely see that when you have a quarterback like Josh Allen leading your team. The biggest thing about our team is not exactly the skill but the amount of heart and fight this team has man. These guys will run through a brick wall to try and bring home a superbowl for the city of Buffalo they truly love this city and it's such an inspirational thing to watch.
How do you rank the biggest changes to this team over the off-season by importance? What do you think were the team's best moves? Was there anything you wish you would have done that didn't get to do?
Retooling this offensive line was the highest priority to us and that's exactly what we did. We didn't change too much in the short term but the long term plan that we set in stone with the amount of youth we have on the line plus some veterans we are hoping to see Buffalo have one of the greatest offensive lines in PML history. I mean that's how you win football games it's through the trenches and we also were able to buff up our edge rushers in signing veteran Josh Sweat from the Eagles which really helps us out for the next couple of years.
