What were the keys to the team’s victory this week?
Nolan Smith and Hurts were the two guys who helped win this week. Smith played fantastic by getting two interceptions but he should have had a third when he diagnosed another pass to the running back and had it in his hands before he dropped it. Hurts threw two interceptions, one on a playmaker pass straight to the linebacker and the other, on a deep throw that was overthrown. He stepped up after this by throwing 4 total touchdowns.
Can you summarize what it was like playing against the Rams last week?
Trash. We should have been able to kick the game tying field goal but Madden trashed that thought by not allowing us to do it. Either way we shouldn't have been in that position if Sneed and Mitchell could have handled Chase on 1-1 man coverage and didn't get burned.
Can you talk about the development of Hudson Clement so far?
Clement was doing very well until the third preseason game where he got hurt on a run play he shouldn't have been in. This took him out for 5 weeks and h*** be back for the Titans game. Hes been sitting on the coach.
