pJust imagine, your team is down in week 1 versus a divisional opponent, you were a rookie who became an instant superstar x factor and are now one of the best players on the team. The team is counting on you to make an impact and help them come back into this game. The next play starts, you’re about to sack the quarterback, then BAM! You tear your pectoral and are now out for 35 weeks. This was the reality for Abdul Carter. He was a young rising star, on the verge of greatness and at 92 overall so close to his last ability which could make or break his ability. He was then hit with a tragedy that will now most likely take away his abilities before he even gets a chance to use them. This loss was such a shame for a team that had high expectations coming into the season. p
pLast season the Giants lost a lot of close games, a lot of the time due to having the worse roster and players, however, after a great offseason, the league was reset and rosters became closer. This was supposed to be the season that Carter led them to the playoffs, instead he now watches from the sidelines. His replacement Kayvon Thibodeaux will hopefully follow in his footsteps and become a superstar this season.p
