JC’s IRL Pro Bowl Picks

Pro Bowl voting for the 2025-2026 NFL season has opened up, and I love the popularity contest, but I’ll also share my picks. I’ll pick even numbers across conferences for each position, 3 for the AFC and NFC at most positions, only one each at a couple of others that don’t need to go that deep or which don’t have quality options beyond a first choice.

I’ll try not to be too biased for the Bears, but like, cmon, I’m submitting these for real, so Bear TF Down! I value more than the stats that the voting shows, being on a winning team, or having a role that the coach views as essential, but the stats are all that’s available, and the order the players are in is bound to have an effect on subconscious bias and my resulting picks.

Overall

I voted for 12 Chicago Bears, more than could ever realistically make it or that deserve to be top three in voting, but when it comes to certain positions like the special teams roles, I can only represent my team if I don’t have a player I remember as being deserving, since I don’t see much outside of Bears games. I do think at 9-3, and with the media turning toward being positive with Chicago, we’ll hopefully see around 5 Bears Pro Bowlers, the most deserving being on the offensive line or in the defensive backfield.
