From Week 6 to Week 11: Contenders rise, chaos unfolds
Since our last update at Week 6, the PML landscape has shifted in a major way. While the Cleveland Browns still sit at the top, the race behind them has intensified β especially in the AFC where multiple teams are pushing toward championship form.
At the same time, several early-season contenders have collapsed, while others (like the Seahawks and Bills) have surged into relevance.
Letβs break down whatβs changed.
π THE TOP TIER β STILL DOMINATED BY THE AFC
π₯ Browns (1784 | 6-1)
Cleveland has held firm at #1 and continues to be the most complete team in PML. Their ability to win in multiple ways keeps them ahead of the pack.
π₯ Steelers (1771 | 7-2)
Since Week 6, Pittsburgh has fully separated as a top-tier contender. Their dominant win over the Browns and consistent offense has pushed them right to Clevelandβs level.
π₯ Colts (1738 | 8-1)
The Colts have quietly become one of the most dangerous teams in the league. Their offense is arguably the most efficient in PML right now.
π₯ NFC POWER SURGE
π’ Packers (1719 | 8-1)
Green Bay has turned into a serious Super Bowl threat. Their offense is explosive and theyβve stayed consistent week-to-week.
π Bears (1707 | 8-1)
Chicago continues to prove they belong. Even with tougher matchups, they remain one of the most complete NFC teams.
π΅ Giants (1682 | 6-2)
Despite a slight ELO drop, the Giants are still one of the most dangerous teams in the NFC after key wins over elite opponents.
β‘ Seahawks (1654 | 9-0)
The biggest story in PML.
Undefeated at 9-0, Seattle has gone from surprise team to legit title contender.
π BIGGEST RISERS SINCE WEEK 6
π΄ Raiders (1647 | 7-2)
Vegas has bounced back strong after early setbacks and now looks like a top AFC playoff team again.
π΄ 49ers (1624 | 6-3)
San Francisco has quietly climbed into the elite tier with explosive offensive performances.
𦬠Bills (1492 | 5-3)
Buffalo has completely flipped their season.
From struggling β now trending upward and dangerous.
π‘ Commanders (+58 ELO jump)
One of the biggest statistical jumps in the league. Washington is improving fast, even if the record doesnβt fully show it.
π BIGGEST FALLERS
π¦ Eagles (1535 | 2-6)
The biggest collapse in PML.
From elite β now barely holding onto contender status.
Theyβve lost to:
- Giants
- Colts
- Commanders
π Something is clearly broken.
π Panthers (1540 | -28)
Still competitive, but momentum has slowed after their early surge.
π Rams (1540 | -31)
LA is still good, but theyβve slipped slightly as other teams passed them.
βοΈ THE PLAYOFF BUBBLE
These teams are right in the middle and could go either way:
- Cowboys (7-2) β quietly strong
- Chargers β inconsistent but talented
- Saints β competitive but streaky
- Lions β sneaky dangerous team
- Chiefs β heating up again
π Expect movement here over the next 2β3 weeks.
π§ THE REBUILD ZONE
The bottom of the league has mostly stayed the same, but one thing is clear β the gap is widening.
Notable struggles:
- Ravens (1-9) β complete collapse
- Dolphins (2-6) β offense disappeared
- Titans / Jaguars / Jets β stuck in neutral
π KEY TAKEAWAYS (WEEK 6 β WEEK 11)
π₯ AFC STILL RUNS THE LEAGUE
Browns, Steelers, Colts, Raiders β all legit contenders.
β‘ SEAHAWKS ARE FOR REAL
9-0 isnβt a fluke anymore.
𦬠BILLS ARE BACK
One of the most dangerous βmiddle tierβ teams right now.
π¨ EAGLES FREE FALL
From contender β crisis.
π CURRENT TITLE FAVORITES (WEEK 11)
- Browns
- Steelers
- Colts
- Packers
- Seahawks
