What are your thoughts about the Patriots going into this week?
We have to keep up the offense while limiting mistakes and the defense has to be better. We respect everything the Patriots are doing from a team-building and a gameplanning perspective. It'll take a near perfect game to win.
Can you talk about what it’s like to prepare to go against a player like Christian Gonzalez?
He's only a rookie but he's tall, fast, athletic, and can lockdown anyone. We definitely are going to think twice before testing him.
Did you scout Christian Gonzalez before the draft? If so, what stood out about him?
Yes, highly. We saw him as CB1 ahead of even Devon Witherspoon and were shocked he slipped all the way down to the Patriots. They got a good one.
