Unified Power Rankings! Heading in to Week 7 – W** Wimmy!?

Wimmy Woes: Wimdawg is PMLs favorite user, he’s loved throughout the PML community. He’s the guy everyone roots for in the playoffs if they’re already eliminated. Sometimes wimmy can be the definition of MID though in my opinion. He can beat up on the bad teams and struggle against the good ones. Good enough to make the playoffs, not good enough to win a ring. I really thought this offense with Jefferson, Addison, Hock, and Kirk was going to shoot wimmy to the top and be a SB contender… I was wrong. The teams he’s beaten are a combined 6-11 and the teams be lost to are a combined 13-4 and kirk has looked horrible. There’s a lot of time to turn it around, but as it stands wimmy is a PRETENDER

Dlloyd and Mayo Man: We all make jokes about Levis, even Dlloyd sarcastically calls him the best QB, but he is really looking good. Nobody is really talking about it but Levis is putting together a OROY campaign putting up 1,300 yard and a 11-6 TD-INT ratio, he’s also 3-0 after being named the OFFICIAL starter. He’s played some really good defenses as well: Chargers, Saints, Bengals, Ravens, and Browns have talent all over the field on defense. He’s definitely had his rookie mistakes, but in my opinion he’s looked like a top 2 rookie QB if not #1. I hope Dlloyd can put together a great season and dev Levis up, it would be one of the best stories of the cycle.

Chargers (5-0): This feels like the passing of the torch after Codes took down an undefeated team declaring himself as the frontrunner in the AFC to have the most probable chance to make the superbowl. If he can defeat KC this week, Codes can further his hold on the AFC West.

Rams: Are we all fooled and the NFC West is just a product of their cakewalk schedule?  They have the AFC North and the NFC East.  Interesting narrative.  Regardless, Rams are still a top 2 or 3 favorite to come out of the NFC- in my personal opinion.

Seahawks: Seahawks are 4-1.  But just look at their schedule.  I want to see a true test game.  Unfortunately, we will not see it in the distant future.  Club Med schedule rolls on for Z and the Seahawks.  We will see their first true test in a rematch against the Rams week 11.

Cowboys: 100 attribute points that won’t go into his players, but who needs that.  Drama played a h*** of a game in the battle of the undefeated but eventually dropped the game 32-30 to the Chargers.  Hopefully the off the field politics don’t affect the steller gameplay on the field.

Texans (5-1): Put some respect on his name.. CJ Stroud led his team to a blow victory over New Orleans. After throwing 8 interceptions in his last two games, he threw for two touchdowns and zero interceptions. It’s safe to say that Houston plays better when their star quarterback protects the ball.

Patriots (3-2-1): Dot is exceeding expectations with his Patriots, he’s one tye away from four wins, but putting 47 points up on anyone in PML is a great outing. Next week’s matchup against the Bills will be a deciding factor on what kind of season the Patriots are going to have.

Chiefs (4-2): Everyone expected Kansas City to blow the back off of the Broncos this week, the two rosters are the opposite of each other. Matigy has a huge chip on his shoulder, he has the pleasure of taking down the undefeated Chargers next week, but will he fold this opportunity?

Bills (3-1): Beast made the Giants feel very small this week, maybe they’ll think about renaming the team to the “Little” Giants. Dalton Kincaid is a man possessed this season leading the team with 43 receptions.. Talk about ROTY watch.

49ers: The 49ers are quietly sitting at 4-2, however, the narrative is they are not beating the teams by the margin that this roster is capable of.  This weeks 29-28 win over the Browns further brings that narrative to life.  But hey, to me 4-2 is 4-2 and the 49ers are finding ways.

Dolphins (3-3): Whhhhhhat is going on in Miami? Dropping games against opponents that are 1-4 after putting up 72 points this season, sheesh, get it together. The real life Miami Dolphins have the league’s highest offense in all categories, being ranked 27th in passing is just a shame. Come on Tua, you need to do better.

Packers (3-2): Green Bay took a surprising L to the Raiders in their last matchup. The past few games have alternated wins and losses, we’ll see which direction continues after their bye week.

Lions: The Lions are 2-0 during their ‘soft part’ of the schedule.  With the Ravens and Raiders on tap, they look to continue collecting the wins as they are suddenly in the thick of things for the NFC North crown.  98 speed Jameson Williams will now factor into the offense and believe me Fallen will get him the Deep ball.

Bears: Don’t talk now, but the Bears are sitting at 4-2 and suddenly look like they are a sneaky play in the NFC.  They took down the Vikings in commanding fashion this week, as Leonard Fournettes short lived resurgence will come to an end as the team welcomes Breece Hall into the RB1 role.

Titans (3-3): Will Levis is actually gaining attention as the Titans starting quarterback. He has gained a following unlike any other rookie quarterback, and despite a mid record, he has put up better numbers than his division mate CJ Stroud. Plus he has thrown a 99 yard touchdown this season, how many rookies can say they’ve done that in their career, let alone in their first six games.

Vikings: Rough times in Minny as Wimmy has now dropped the last 3 of 4.  With the 49ers and Packers on deck, the next two weeks could ultimately decide where the season is going for the Vikings.  It’s not looking good SKOL nation.

Saints: Are the off the field politics and drama affecting JC’s gameplay?  The Saints lack consistency right now and it is totally showing.  When the smoke clears, I predict they will be atop of the division.  But the way things are looking right now, JC is giving the other 3 teams a legitimate shot to compete for it.

Browns (3-2) I have to give Mali a lot of credit, I didn’t expect his game against CEO to be close, let again close enough for him to win if Amari Cooper didn’t get a case of the dropsies during the game. What a brutal way to end a comeback, especially for a receiver with the technician ability that should have given him better separation on the post route.

Steelers (2-4): Man, Curt. You really were riding a hot streak after defeating the Raiders and the Texans, it seemed like a consecutive win versus the Ravens was definitely in the cards, but you dropped the ball. Hopefully the bye week has prepared you for the undefeated Rams, because you’re going to need all of it and more.

Jaguars (2-4): Getting swept by a division rival is not where Tbandit thought his team was going to be six weeks into the season, and now there’s rumours that Trevor Lawrence is on the block. The Jaguars are in shambles and seemingly ready to give up on the season.. Not a great look, at all.

Buccaneers: The Cammy train has officially derailed after looking like a serious threat to take the division.  Baker Mayfield will miss a considerable amount of time, leaving Kyle Trask under center for the Buccaneers.  I just don’t know anymore if the playoffs are a possibility in Tampa.

Jets (3-3): Aaron Rodgers thought he could come to New York and compete for a Superbowl, but throwing 7 interceptions to a lone 6 touchdowns isn’t what anyone had in mind. Losing to the then 1-4 Eagles has to be eating away at them, but heading into the bye, they have to prepare better on defense, because ranking 29th against the rush has led to disgusting totals, I mean they allowed a historic record of 353 rushing yards versus the Eagles this week.

Commanders: Shesh, Vet pummels the bully into submission 33-3.  Nef had the Commanders going 0-17, but here we are today as they are sitting at .500 and right now are a borderline wildcard team.  After the next two big divisional games (NYG & PHI), the Commanders have a chance to sit at 5-3 at the unofficial halfway point of the season.  Balls in Vets court.

Colts (3-3): Fraud Alert. I hate to call CB out, but his Colts are extremely inconsistent. They lack the luster to play at high caliber speeds for forty minutes. Anthony Richardson is having a promising season, but 12 interceptions aren’t going to be helping his cause for rookie of the year.

Eagles: Eagles user shocks the Jets with a stunning 48-45 victory.  I did predict the Jets to score 45, but I didn’t have the Eagles putting up 48.  When I wrote the article I really thought the speed option was patched.  I’d like to see them use it maybe once a game if they want any respect for the wins.  I promise you have my word.

Ravens (2-4): Backing out of a trade after it is improved isn’t a good look, especially since content points were deducted. Anthony Schwartz has zero catches on the season, which is why he was traded, before hitting the final door in the building, he was called back up for a tryout run in a new offense to see if he has the potential to stay in Baltimore, talk about sketchy.

Panthers: Sitting a game out of 1st, with no 1st round pick, this creates a very interesting narrative.  The Panthers upset the Dolphins this past week in what I am told was a great comeback drive by JT to secure the win.  Is it possible we could see a season 1 playoff appearance by JT?

Bengals (2-4): Goose has one of the highest defenses in the league against the pass, but they have a minus turnover differential, and until they can start protecting the ball better, they are going to put up very many wins outside of their division. Joe Burrow’s abilities are ridiculous by the way.

Falcons: You got knocked the F out! Sorry, you deserved that the way you spoke about Vet pre-cycle.  Im just playing, but yeah the Falcons are sitting at 2-4, but fortunately they are only 1 game out of 1st.  With the Saints playing inconsistently, and the Buccaneers losing their starting quarterback, the time is now to step up to the plate.

Raiders (1-5): We will not see a winless team in Las Vegas this season, have no fear Raider fans. However, I don’t think we will see a playoff team in Las Vegas this season either. Send in the honey, because the Raiders are going to bribe the Bears in order to pickup a win against them.

Broncos (1-5): The downslide that is DK’s season is cascading, especially after a promising 1-0 start. You really have to wonder when his team will start making an effort, especially after having back to back games that were within one score. The Broncos can almost taste success, but they just might have to change up the recipe to find it.

Giants: The development of Jalin Hyatt has been a priority for Burn and the Giants this season as they evaluate their roster for next year.  When he turns that corner, and the Giants get their quarterback, he could be one of the more dynamic players in the league.

Cardinals: Kyler Murray is playing for his position next season.  Could he realistically be moved so the Cardinals could make a play for Caleb Williams on draft night?  Lots of things would have to fall in place, but it is not out of the realm.
