After an exciting round of week 14 games, we are in week 15. In simming through the week 15 practice, the Giants have gotten healthier, however, still have some significant injuries. Each week we will go over the injury report and practice focus players before the game and update the depth chart at that position.
Focus Players:
RT Evan Neal: Neal is one game away from his upgrade. He would go to a 77 overall after this upgrade. He started out at a 73 so he has developed pretty well given the injuries he has had throughout the season. After some awareness injections, this is where he will stay until next season.
ROLB Azeez Ojulari : Ojulari did indeed get his upgrade but it was nothing special. He upgraded his strength bringing it to 78 and his finesse move, bringing that to 85. He is one year out from a contract and will be looking to prove himself going forward.
CB Aaron Robinson: Robinson hasn’t earned that upgrade but with it, he hopes to increase his zone. He has a lot to learn in this defense, but his straight line speed and acceleration will be a useful tool for Coach Burn.
LT Thomas 92 OVR – 1 weeks (Broken Thumb)
Thomas will be back next week versus a tough divisional opponent. We will need all the help we can get in the Davis versus Goliath matchup next week versus the Eagles.
MLB Jarrad Davis 70 OVR – 17 weeks IR (Complete MCL Tear)
He was a backup piece and will not be with the Giants next season when he heals from his injury. No change from week 1.
TE Tommy Sweeny 64 OVR – 0 weeks IR (Ruptured Disk)
He was a backup piece and will not be with the Giants next season when he heals from his injury as he will stay on IR. No change from week 1. He will stay on IR for the rest of the season.
C J.C Hassenauer 62 OVR – 12 weeks IR (Torn Tricep)
He was a backup piece and will not be with the Giants next season when he heals from his injury. No change from week 1.
TE Chris Myarick 59 OVR – 7 weeks IR (Broken Hand)
He was a backup piece and will not be with the Giants next season when he heals from his injury. No change from week 1.
