Tough to give this one to any QB through 4 games, mainly because Baker Mayfield is 2-2. Demercado leads the league in rushing yards and has 12 touchdowns through 4 games. The Cardinals are off to a much better start than they were last season, and Demercado is a big reason why.
AFC OROTY: Will Shipley
114 rush yards per game with 3 rushing touchdowns, along with 2 receiving touchdowns. The Patriots offense produced a lot of rushing yards last year, and now Shipley is the one producing for this team.
NFC OROTY: Roc Taylor
The WR/RB hybrid has taken the league by storm through his first four games. He has 8 total touchdowns, and 120 total yards per game. The Tampa offense is at the top of the league, and Taylor is a big reason why.
AFC DROTY: Danny Stutsman
3.5 sacks, 1 interception, and a forced fumble. Stutsman has helped pick up the production lost by Chris Jones, and has helped the Kansas City Chiefs get off to their 4-0 start.
NFC DROTY: Smael Mondon Jr.
Rookie leader in solo tackles with 21, 1.5 sacks, 1 forced fumble and 1 fumble recovery. Mondon has been doing it all for the Saints defense. He has stepped in for Demario Davis and done his job for a team that is 4-0 through 4 weeks.
AFC OPOY: Keon Coleman
Coleman leads the AFC in both receiving yards and receiving touchdowns, becoming the top pass catching weapon in the Kansas City offense. 140 yards per game is crazy, and he’s only a rookie.
NFC OPOY: Baker Mayfield
This offense is cooking and Baker is the man running the show. 365 passing yards per game, 15 passing touchdowns and only 4 interceptions. If the defense can figure it out while Baker continues to play at this level this Buccaneers team could challenge the Saints for the division title.
AFC DPOY: Baron Browning
A player that was traded for Nick Chubb is leading the AFC in sacks, with 11 solo tackles and a forced fumble as well. The change of scenery for Browning seems to have unlocked something for him playing opposite of Myles Garrett.
NFC DPOY: Chris Jones
6 sacks from the interior of the defensive line. The trade for Jones in the offseason has paid off very well for the Lions. Jones has been the main defensive piece that has lead him to a 4-0 start. His 4 sack performance in week 4 against the Jaguars is the best defensive performance by a player so far this season.
