The defense is getting a lot of criticism lately for their level of play. Are you planning to make any changes?
We're not going to make any major changes such as substitutions and what not. Keep to what we have, our defense has got better over the past few weeks – forcing more turnovers and sacks but the offense hasn't been able to capitalize. Ultimately, yes, we are giving up a lot yards on the ground and air but we're getting the turnovers. We need to tighten up at certain areas but again, we look to improve every day.
When the schedules were released this past offseason, analysts said you had one of the easier schedules they've seen. Do you see it that way as well?
There is no easy game in this league. Any given Sunday, that's the motto a lot of teams go by. You can be 0-17 or 17-0 and get upset at some point in the season, or pull off the upset. You've seen us, we pulled off a couple upset wins ourself while also being upset ourselves a few times this season. That's how it goes. No one has an easy schedule.
Can you speak to the overall team health?
We've been relatively healthy outside of losing our starting tight-end, Okonwko at the start of the season but now we've also lost the NFL leading rusher in touchdowns, with that being Tony Pollard. He'll be out for the remainder of the season with an eight week ankle injury. It's a tough loss to take, he's the work horse of our offense but Tyjae Spears will fill in and do just fine. Outside of Tony, no major injuries at this current time.
