Top 3 Chiefs Offensive Players This Season

This season was exciting for the Kansas City Chiefs in season 2 of the PML cycle. Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, Rashee Rice, Tank Dell, and others have all been injured throughout the season. This allowed other guys to step up, especially on the offense. Here are the top 3 players for the Chiefs this season on offense so far.

1 Isiah Pacheco

Pacheco has by far been the best player for our team this season. He almost finished with 1000 yards rushing and 1000 yards receiving. He requested to get a lot of touches this season, and these numbers are the results. He finished in the top 10 for the Best RB in the AFC award, accumulating 1014 yards rushing on 191 carries and 16 touchdowns. This is a pretty solid rushing season, but he broke out in the passing game for us. Pacheco was tied for the second most receptions on our team, finishing with 55 catches for 735 yards and six touchdowns. This is just a monster season for our running back of the future. When Mahomes went down, he was a great safety blanket for our QBs this year.

2 Creed Humphrey

His stats aren’t in the stat sheet, but this man has been a machine. Creed did not give up a sack this year and was the focal point of our offensive line. We gave him a monster contract because he deserved it, and he has lived up to that. He’s faced some top-tier pass rushers and run stuffers in the AFC West. He paved the way for Pacheco to get into the end zone multiple times in the red zone.

3 Xavier Worthy

From the beginning of the cycle, we knew Worthy would be the center of our passing game. Travis Kelce is the veteran, but he is on his way out, and we need a WR to step up. We started having X as an outside receiver, but he has blossomed since we moved him into the slot. Like the Chiefs in real life, we like putting him in motion so he doesn’t get pressed at the LOS. He is one of the lightest WRs in the league and has trouble getting off of press coverage. We’ve even sat him down some games to avoid injury; if we didn’t, he could have quickly finished with 90 catches for 2000 or more yards. His season was still fantastic, though. X hauled in 74 catches for 1571 yards and 14 touchdowns with us. It was just a great season by the young star that we plan on utilizing in all facets of our offensive gameplans.
