How is the team handling the bye week this week?
This week is the deadly cut week, the team has been informing some players their services are no longer needed. There is potential for some practice squad spots.
Over your career, what makes a team better at not turning the ball over as the season goes along? What kind of things you need to emphasize? How much of it is coaching? How much of it is a mental part? Physical part?
Controlling the clock makes it more difficult to turn the ball over. You have to be more responsible with the ball and take what the defense is giving you instead of forcing it down the field.
Did you scout BYE before the draft? If so, what stood out about him?
During the draft, I scouted all of the safeties and corners, it was imperative to revamp the backend of the defense.
