Week 13 PML Injury Report!

pAfter 13 weeks of football in the PML, injuries are actually on the decline when compared to the injury report in week 10. Coaches are taking it easier on their players during the practices and it is helping reduce the amount of short term injuries per team, well… unless you’re the Houston Texans. The Houston Texans have an astounding 8 injuries and of those 8, there are 6 players with injuries lasting two weeks or longer. In this chart, I categorized ‘multiple week injuries’ as three or more weeks.p

pThere are a total of 62 (69 in week 10) injuries at this point in the season across the league. An abdominal tear and broken ribs are tied as the most common injury with 9 players out multiple weeks with these ailments. It is still recommended for teams to be doing half pad practices with their backups because as we get further in each week, the negative stamina hits will take their toll on the field. p
