1 Tennessee Titans – Bryce Young QB Alabama
Look it’s no secret why the Titans went crazy trading yesterday . They are looking for their QB of the future and it was clear Jalen Hurts wasn’t it . What more can you say about Bryce Young ? He has everything to be a franchise QB in the PML . Whimmy did a h*** of a Job getting to pick 1 and keeping King Henry in the process. Titans get their man and solidify their future .
2 San Francisco 49ers – Kayshon Boute WR LSU
Ant made a big move trading Fred Warner to get this pick and while some people say he needs a corner ( which he does ) I see Boute here . The Niners do need a Corner with a 72 and 70 overall starting at the moment but they also need speed . They don’t have one burner . Also I could argue they need a WR just as bad. Deebo was moved to RB and now that leaves Renfrow Aiyuk and Pittman. Capable WRs yes but not game breaking . Also how do you justify to the front offense that you traded a defensive playmaking HOF in Fred Warner for a POTENTIAL defensive play making corner ? Kayshon will be the pick here .
3 Baltimore Ravens – Miles Murphy DE Clemson
There are many ways this pick can go but I see it going on the D- Line . This could also be Bryan Bresee .The Ravens traded up with hopes Boute would be here but i don’t see that happening so where do they go ? Will Anderson ? I don’t think so they drafted ROLB Nick Bonnito last year . They have Odaf Oweh a young LOLB with 88 speed . They are lacking pressure up front, i believe Miles Murphy will go here and replace Derek Wolfe at LE and bring a marquee pass rusher to Baltimore which has been a staple of ravens football since the days of Ozzie Newsome At the helm .
4 NY Jets – Will Anderson LB Alabama
This has got to feel like Christmas for the Jets to get a talent like Will Anderson at 4 . While his combine numbers weren’t great the film shows what Anderson brings and it’s exactly what the Jets are lacking, Toughness Grit and play making ability. The jets will continue to stockpile talent with hopes of it finally translating on the field .
5 Minnesota Vikings – Eli Ricks CB LSU
A lot of people will say why not QB here but I’ve had talks with plenty Gms around the league who say Vikings have many content points and aren’t afraid to use them on Mond for one more go . It has been well documented how much the Vikings love the corners in this draft and while this could be Ringo they will ultimately go with the taller, faster corner .
6 Cincinnati Bengals- Kelee Ringo CB Georgia
The bengals have made plenty of moves this year and while many see them replacing Aiden Hutchinson here i see them just taking best available. They were a top 5 team Vs the pass last year but with Awuzie contract ending this may be a great time to take a value pick .
7 Cincinnati Bengals – Bijon Robinson RB texas
With the departure of Joe Mixon the Bengals have an opportunity here , Bijon could step in and be exactly what Mixon was for a cheaper price . This feels like a no brainer for the staff in Cincy
8 Houston Texans – Brian Bresee DT Clemson
The texans surprisingly don’t have as many holes as one would think . They’ve also traded for William Jackson which fills a need in the secondary . This pick has the most intrigue because it could be traded to a team looking for a QB. The Texans could take a receiver or a corner as well but I think at this point Cook will take the best available player here and feel very good about getting a type of player like Bresee. They will be partying in Houston
9 Cleveland Browns WR jaxson Smith Njigba OSU
It’s been clear for anyone who clicks on a WR in the draft what team needs a WR , It’s the Browns . Now while HD could think about DJ here I don’t see it because it’s gonna be hard to trade Ridder . I think he takes his biggest position of need in hopes that a big play threat like Jaxson will cure Ridder .
10 NE patriots ( trade from panthers ) DJ Uiagahelei QB Clemson
At this point a top 5 QB has slid all the way to #10
And Panthers phones are ringing off the hook I see Patriots making the best deal . Greeny is pumped about being back in the league and will do whatever it takes to make his Presence felt . He has 2 first round picks and Panthers Love collateral . The Pats finally get their QB post Brady and the Panther have essentially stretched pick #1 to 7 picks in total .
