Let me put you on game. In a normal franchise mode, a 27 or 28-year-old star still eats until his mid-30s. Not in PML. Here, regression hits harder. That 29-year-old receiver you just gave up your future for? Next season he might drop all the way down to 86 speed. And in this league, once your speed goes, your value goes with it.
I get it. You love Davante Adams. You love A.J. Brown. Derrick Henry is your favorite back. But in PML, those names are ticking time bombs. By the time you think you’ve got your “key piece,” he’s washed. That’s why you’ll notice OGs suddenly eager to trade players they used to call untouchable. They know what’s coming.
And here’s the part you really gotta ask yourself: why is this vet trying to trade me? Not the guys he’s known for years. Not the other OGs. He’s coming to you, the new guy. Think about it. There’s a reason.
Don’t be the idiot. Don’t be the guy that gives away draft picks or young talent for a player who’s about to fall off a cliff. In PML, youth, speed, and development beat nostalgia every single time.
From your OG,
Ke
