Let’s Talk Football: #2 Careers Cut Short

pAn event occurred in a Premier Madden League game tonight that prompted the subject for this 2nd entry in the let’s talk ball series. It appears that Los Angeles Rams rookie QB Taylen Green suffered a career ending injury vs the Cpu Patriots. These types of injuries are rare in game, as they are in real life. What is the most crippling career ending injury that you’ve personally had occur in an online franchise? What do you believe is the worst career ending/ altering injury you’ve seen happen to a player in real life that you believe was destined for greatness? p pAs for myself, I can’t really remember any significant injuries that I’ve suffered in online franchise. In real life though, I believe Sterling Sharpe, WR for the Green Bay Packers had the ability to become one of the greatest receivers to play in the NFL. He was the key to a Packers offense that was coached by Mike Holmgren and Quarterback by gun slinger Brett Favre. Many of y’all are too young to remember Bo Jackson playing live, but dude was legit the best athlete I’ve ever seem play football, and one off the field career ender was the shooting that unalived Shawn Taylor #26 SS for the Washington Redskins. Dude was a beast. But yea though, what do y’all think? What had been your experience? Reply in the comments below and let’s talk ball y’all. p
