Misery in the Midway?

pThe Chicago Bears have stumbled to a less than ideal 2-5 record, with an offense that just can not seem to put up points. Coach dot knew that it would be an uphill battle coming in to coach a less than ideal roster in the stacked NFC, but the 4th worst offense in terms of points per game was something he could not have predicted. Justin Fields is fighting for his life with little protection from his line and little separation from his receivers. The Bears defense has been keeping them in games, which is the reason why even with 5 losses the Bears have a positive net points. With 4 one possession losses Justin Fields needs to develop a clutch gene and do it fast, because even though the Bears have not been losing because of him, they have not been winning because of him. Darnell Mooney will need to step up as well if the Bears are going to turn this thing around. Chicago may also have a move or two up their sleeve at the trade deadline. Coach dot’s record in his first seven games in New York was 2-5, time to see if he can turn it around again. p
