#5 New York Jets
Coach Fallen was close to making the playoffs but a few close games that could of been wins made him fall short. With a new addition added to their offense in recently converted tight end Chase Claypool this offense can reach new heights and potentially take them to the big show known as the PML playoffs. The biggest question is whether or not Zach Wilson can be that guy for this offense having a whopping 54 interceptions last season. If they can cut down on the turnovers and play sound football there’s no doubt in my mind that this young team can make a run.
#4 Dallas Cowboys
Now I wouldn’t say this team necessarily improved majorly in the offseason but I do believe that in the second half of the season last year that coach Jefe stepped up his game and found a solid game plan to play around for this Cowboys team. With adding some more young speed to their defense to build around Parsons and Coach Jefe playing with a chip on his shoulder missing his 1st playoffs in quite a bit this is a team to look out for. They have a tough division to play in but if Jefe plays on his A game this team definitely has a shot at making the playoffs.
#3 Las Vegas Raiders
The Vegas Raiders were another team that were very close to making the playoffs but missed on a couple wins to clinch a spot. Now looking for a year of redemption after their rookie coach experience their first ever PML season they are looking to take over the AFC West and the AFC in general. If this team can get their run game going and pass the ball without turning it over you can bet that the Raiders will give a lot of teams trouble. The biggest key this year for the Raiders to make the playoffs is to make sure they can sweep most of their division rivals (Chargers cough cough) if they are able to do that they will be able to have a shot at clinching a spot.
#2 Miami Dolphins
Que is back this season and he’s back with murder on his mind. After an awful season one for Que who is a regular in the PML playoffs he looks to bounce back with murder on his mind to get back to the place where he usually has no problem making. The Dolphins have all the weapons they need on offense BESIDES quarterback. Will they be able to rely on their defense to help seal out games for them, will the offense be improved and flow much better, or will be start to see Tua Turndaballova and have a battle of two different qbs competing for that spot for the whole season ruining the synergy of that offense. Who knows but all I know is don’t count coach Que out I most certainly won’t because I believe he’s going to come firing on all cylinders and put all those critics to rest.
#1 Chicago Bears
This is the number 1 team that I expect to make the bounce back to the playoffs. With a tough schedule season one the Bears started off very slow but as the season progressed the Bears made a massive leap and almost clinched themselves a wildcard spot. The Bears are coming into season 2 with a more talented offense with more weapons for their Franchise quarterback and more pieces added to their young defense. With excellence on the mind of SPDot you can bet that this coach will not sit out for playoffs this season. I fully expect him to not only make playoffs but have a chance at winning the division with him looking to knock THE KING off of their throne in the NFC North.
