How does the loss this week prepare you for the next game?
The loss this week allows us to go back watch the film. See the small details that we were unable to see in game and fix them moving forward. Minor errors and adjustments needed to make in order to come out on top. Overall we had a very good performance against a really good team.

Over your career, what makes a team better at not turning the ball over as the season goes along? What kind of things you need to emphasize? How much of it is coaching? How much of it is a mental part? Physical part?
I think film study is crucial in not turning the ball over. Knowing the tendencies of your opponent. What they like to do in various situations. But players can only prepare so much I think as coaches its our job to put guys in the right spots and give them opportunities. Call the right plays and let the hard work the players put in show. Mentally i think its extremely difficult, as the season goes on more film is out there on you. Teams view and understand tendencies of scheme and what players like to do in specific situations. Over a season physically players fatigue. It ties into mental side. More you take a beating the mental toughness drives you. Players get hurt and guys have to physically and mentally be ready to fill in.
How do you see the competition level in the NFC West currently?
The NFC West is a gauntlet. Every game brings a challenge in its own. 3 great coaches that come prepared to each game. No gameplan is alike. Have to be locked in cause 1 slip up could be the deciding factor in the game. Think the talent of the division pushes each coach to better themselves every day and the players feed off that.
