Can you talk about what it’s like to prepare to go against a player like Chase Claypool?
Chase is the definition of a mismatch at tight end. Too quick for linebackers, too shifty for safeties. He's the leader of the Jets passing attack, so we'll have to always keep tabs of where he is on the field and have multiple eyes on him at all times.
Some would say this team has the toughest remaining schedule ahead. How do you prepare for such a difficult remaining schedule?
Having three playoff teams to close the year out will be a challenge, but a challenge we embrace in New York. In order to be the best, you have to beat the best. If we can finish this season strong, we know we can go to battle against any playoff team. If not, we'll know what we have to address in the offseason.
How do you see the competition level in the NFC East currently?
The NFC East is as competitive as ever right now. 3 teams are in the thick of the race to win the division or at least to make playoffs as a wild card. And even Dallas is red hot and will no doubt be a threat next season. The competition in our division helps always make sure we are prepared for the competition of the rest of the league.
