How does the loss this week prepare you for the next game?
Again, we need to learn how to close out games. Been the same theme all season where we now blew 4 late leads. Up 14-7 on Bengals we didn't execute in final 2 minutes where we had several opportunities to put the game away. In hindsight Sauce should have knelt the INT for a touch back instead of taking three ball out resulting in the eventful game losing fumble for a TD.
Can you talk about the development of Reid Carrico so far?
We knew Reid would be a project. He came out of college raw with a 71ovr but we felt he has a lot of potential with the star dev. He's come up big at times, most notably picking off a bubble screen for a TD a few weeks ago. He has Jack and Bush some aolos vets to support him on the field and off the field. The season is all about his development and hopefully we can get him to superstar status before the season ends.
What is the status of Dan Moore Jr and when is he set to return?
Dan Moore was forced to step into the starting role after the off season departure of Daniels. He's done a serviceable job this season but went down this week for 4 weeks. We will use this opportunity to assess some younger guys at the position who made have potential for next season.
