Everybody talks about the highlights and how explosive he is, but I wish the world could see the work this kid puts in every single day. His work ethic is something I haven't seen before from a guy his age, he's mature far beyond his years and I'm truly looking forward to what he can do this season and in his career. He's special.

I'm not going to give a lot of praise after winning two games. It's just that, two games. But I will say the leadership on this team has really made it a point to try to shift the culture here. From the veterans to the team captains to the staff.
