What are your thoughts about the Cardinals going into this week?
The Cardinals are always a tough matchup for us. With both teams coming in at 2-3, it is imperative for us to get a win here. We must be locked in early, and take advantage of some of the schematical matchups I feel that we might have offensively.
Can you summarize what it was like playing against the Ravens last week?
It was a tough performance. Starting out with a 14-0 lead and only managing to score one more time before the game ended is unacceptable. We're a much better team than we've shown the past two weeks and it's time for us to elevate ourselves to the game we know we can play consistently. That game makes us a top 5 user in this league and there's nothing saying we can't play at that level every single down of every single game. It's time.
Can you talk about what it’s like to prepare to go against a player like Harold Perkins?
Harold is a game changer. Having the speed and instincts to be able to go sideline to sideline whilst also being able to fill gaps against the run makes him dangerous. He's also able to drop back in zone coverage and disrupt plays. When combined with the already tough Isaiah Simmons, there's no question we'll have to be sharp if we want to win this game.
