What kind of player do you see when you look at Lamar Jackson?
I see the best QB in the league. Lamar is really a one of a kind type of talent. There are many great QBs in the league, but some are on the older side. Lamar's age + his speed already sets him apart from the rest… now add that he also has a top 5 arm in the league, it just isn't fair. I am excited to see him and DTR battle each other in future when it comes to talented mobile QBs.
Who is your quarterback, and why?
Tua is the starter until further notice. He is leading (tied) the league in passing touchdowns while not having an excessive amount of turnovers, he has the 2nd highest completion percentage (out of QBs with 20+ attempts), and is top 5 in QBR. It his hard to deny a player when they are playing that well AND he's only 26. That doesn't mean things can't change. DTR is still waiting around the corner and is getting ready. Expect a few snaps from him this week trying to shake the rust off. There's nothing wrong with having two young talented QBs on the roster.
What stands out about your opponent's defense?
Their aggressiveness. The Ravens seem to take pride in getting up in your face, telling you that you're not going anywhere, and then lock you up or hit you hard. It's a good defense to go up against early in the season because if you play well you get a boost of confidence, but if you play poorly it will probably be the hardest defense you will face all season.
