Codes’ NFC North
Bears – Matigy: I believe Matigy is a Bears fan irl and has shown how much of a threat he can be with a mobile QB… how about the second best mobile QB in the league (probably with abilities as well) to start the cycle. Has some good weapons on offense and a solid defense as well. We can really see how Matigy does in a division with his biggest threat not being HD.
Lions – Jefe: I feel like Jefe is very versatile when it comes to putting him in divisions. You can put him in a tough division and he can keep up, and in weaker divisions he won’t cheese them to death. This division might be the toughest I have seen him in and hope to see him build this Lions team into a playoff contender.
Packers – Wimmy: I would love to see the Wimmy v Matigy rivalry they have very similar playstyles (run first and great defense) I think they could give Mike a lot of trouble too with their strong D (pause). Wimmy is a very sim user who can compete with the best of them.
Vikings – Hypemike: Mike always claims to be in the ghetto (even though this cycle he started with a solid 5 year CFM team with a SS QB) he will have no excuses for this team. JJettas, Dalvin, Hock, and solid defense. He’s one of the best to play with randos at QB and Madden Kirk Cousins won’t be a problem for Mike year 1.
Z’s NFC North
Bears – Hypemike: This time he doesn’t have to make any trades to get Justin Fields. DJ Moore also comes with the territory as the Bears made an offseason trade with the Panthers to secure DJ’s talents. A young team on the cusp of being really good, Hypemike is a perfect fit here.
Vikings – Codes: I can’t be the only one that wants to see Justin Jefferson used to his full potential. It’s been two cycles since he has (giving myself a ton of credit here) and it’s time we see that done again. I believe Codes is the perfect user to get the most out of Dalvin and Jettas and would have a formidable defense to follow suit.
Packers – DK: In another edition of “giving users their favorite teams”, we see DK land in Green Bay. The Packers aren’t necessarily rebuilding, but the changing of the guard at quarterback from Aaron Rodgers to Jordan Love is certainly an interesting one. Who would be better to see over that transition than a dedicated fan? DK to Green Bay makes this an insane division.
Lions – Cook: One of the best team builders returns to his Madden 21 stomping grounds. The thought of Jameson Williams in Cook’s hands sounds insane. The Lions are poised to compete from Day 1 and this rounds out what would be a fantastic division.
