Can you summarize what it was like playing against the Saints last week?
With all due respect… it was effortless. We had a perfect game in every aspect. Passing, rushing, defense, and even special teams it was all perfect.
What is the status of Chris Godwin and when is he set to return?
THANKFULLY, he comes back next week. I would like to say BIG D (Darnell) Washington and Russell Gage have done an EXCELLENT job of filling Godwin's role. I am excited to see if they can continue their production with the addition of Godwin.
You are facing a team that has ran the ball well this season. What are some of the things you are focusing on in practice this week to try and slow them down?
Just doing what we do every week. Having Vita Vea, Devin White, and Siaki Ika makes it much easier to stop the run. We have one of the best run defenses in the league and hope to continue that.
