M24 Team Selection with Z (AFC West)

M24 Team Selection (with Z)

Z and I will be giving you our take on how we would do team selections for next cycle and giving an analysis on why those users for those teams. Our goal will be to release a division every day/night (we are human so some things may come up).

Codes’ AFC West

Broncos – Cook: Cook loves rebuilds and the Broncos need a lot of help due to their cap situation and their draft capital… looks like a perfect home for Cook.

Chargers – Burn: This division could revive some PML careers. We saw Cammy look like a brand new man with a XF QB. Burn all this cycle has complained about Bryce and how people can’t perform with XF QBs and how it’s so much easier (even though Bryce was SS and lost it due to bad QB play)… so this is telling burn to put his money where his mouth is, let’s see how easy it is to play with Herbert and that great defense.

Chiefs – CEO: Kinda the same situation for CEO, he doesn’t complain about his QB, but he’s looking like the IRL Commanders with his QB carousel… let’s see if CEO is truly washed or if he can become a real threat with Mahomes and the Chiefs.

Raiders – Spdot: I feel like he will go crazy with Jacobs/Tae and that defense on paper isn’t too bad. I could see him competing for division in year 1 and throughout the whole cycle pretty much. Would like to see him more do content though.

Z’s AFC West

Chiefs – Greeny: This is the perfect opportunity for Greeny to prove himself twofold. First, he can show that he doesn’t need a great running back to have success (even though Isiah Pacheco is pretty d*** good). Second, it will make up for him losing the Chiefs in Madden 22 due to controversy.

Chargers – Noble: Noble gets a slower version of his current roster, but much better out the gate. He also gets the quarterback he’s been searching for and the chance to show he can return to Madden 20/21 form.

Broncos – Que: Que says he wants to be in a tough situation. Nothing is tougher than having an old quarterback making a ton of money. Let’s see if he can continue to draft well while also managing a team that has an aging defense, young but inconsistent weapons on the outside, and is also considered to be the third best team in the division.

Raiders – Jefe: It’s time for Jefe to take a trip to the ghetto. He’s had the Packers and Cowboys in back-to-back years. The Raiders, although they have Davante Adams and Josh Jacobs, have an awful QB situation, aging players all over the roster, and no immediate path to building the roster. Lets see if he can put it together fully.
